Configuring the install wizard takes just 7 simple steps. Follow the instructions and contact us at

The red arrows on the photo of the Install Wizard below show the only areas that need to be updated.
When you power on your kiosk you will see this wizard and an on screen keyboard will appear. Now let's get started!
Step 1: Set your language: From the drop down menu, select your preferred language ( Please note, the instructions in this Install wizard will remain in English):
Step 2: Second, enter your dealer ID. This is critical because it will allow Reality Interactive (your kiosk support team) to identify where the kiosk is located once it comes online.
Step 3: Thirdly, enter your Dealer Email address. This is the email account in which any email that a customer sends him or herself will automatically bcc. This features enable you to retain a copy of the email with the
Endless Pools Fitness Systems the customer designed and their email address for future contact.
Step 4: Next, if your timezone needs to change, click on Change TimeZone and simply enter your country. The APP will then automatically apply the correct timezone.

Step 5: Select the volume level. Use the slider to select your volume (don't worry you can always adjust the volume later!):
Step 6: Next, if your kiosk will be online (recommended) and you want customers to have the ability to email themselves, make sure the 'Show Email' option is ON, as shown below:
Step 7: Final step, click on Save And Restart and your APP will launch:
Please note: The three fields, Asset Tag, App Version and Unique ID will already be populated-you don't need to do anything with these fields:
