Why Upgrade:


Version 4.2.2 of the kiosk has been updated to correct an issue with email form sending.


Items Required:

Blank USB Stick (*Note: We recommend using a name brand such as SanDisk, PNY, Transcend.)

Internet Access

Version 4.0.3 or higher 


How to check your version: 

  1. Press the Circle with 3 lines in the bottom left of the screen
  2. Press the Lock in the bottom right of the screen
  3. Enter in the password ‘5555' (fourth '5' may not appear directly after pressing)
  4. The dealer menu will pop up, check the App Version number you have
  5. If you have Version 4.0.3 or higher, you can proceed to update. If your kiosk version is less than 4.0.3, contact Reality Interactive

EXE METHOD

*NOTE: We recommend using a name brand such as SanDisk, PNY, or Transcend

  1. Insert a USB flash drive into your PC. Ensure all files/folders are removed off of it before proceeding. 

  2. Click on the above Download link (“Watkins v39.144.exe  ”)

  3. The download link will bring you to a new web-page – Click “Download” in the top left of this page. Do not save this to your USB flash drive.

    1. Once complete, double click the .exe file to run

  4. If you see this pop up, select "More info"Select "Run anyway"


  6. A new window will pop up with a location. Select the "..." on the right of the window
    1. Navigate to your USB flash drive and click on it to highlight it
    2. Hit "OK"

  7. You will see your USB flash drive location in the box. Hit "Extract"

  8. The .exe will extract its contents to your USB flash drive. Do not cancel or close out of the window. The download will complete on its own and will close out the window for you.

  9. Your USB flash drive will now have the 2 necessary folders in it

  10. Turn/Ensure on your Kiosk.
  11. Stick USB stick into USB ports at the bottom of the kiosk screen
  12. The screen will cycle through the following screens
  13. Wait for the Green Checkbox and then remove the USB Stick


ZIP METHOD

  1. Insert Blank USB Stick into computer 
  2. Click on the above Download link ("Watkins v39.144.zip")
  3. Open zip file (normally found in ‘Downloads’ folder)
  4. Extract Zip File contents into blank USB stick
  6. Stick USB stick into USB ports at the bottom of the kiosk screen
  7. The screen will cycle through the following screens
  8. Wait for the Green Checkbox and then remove the USB Stick
